There is no magic pill for weight loss your best bet is to just change your lifestyle…if you like chocolate eat a mini-hershey bar a week instead of a big one…so on and so forth until you are eating healthier foods and yet don’t feel like you can’t eat what you like. Park in the back of the parking-lot at Wal-Mart….and burn five or six extra calories walking to the door. There is an evil product called go lightly … you can get it at the pharmacy. its otc but you have to ask. Man this stuff will CLEAN U OUT. Sister this will make you crap things you haven’t even eaten yet. Be careful and don’t leave the house after you take it and it will take the whole darn day.
